✨ My Learnings ✨: In some projects the UI deliverables can be secondary to the other aspects of designs, such as making sure all the moving parts align as well as communicating with stakeholders
I worked on the first ever introduction of promo codes/discount for Trainline.
The business problem we were solving was reactivating existing customers after Covid. I collaborated with Product and management to find the best way of implementing a discount flow which would work on both our Web and App channel, both with their distinct challenges and limitations (we have different patterns and type of users for app and web platform).
Later on defined the implementation of an MVP flow for acquiring new customers and improve the referral scheme that was costly and not widely adopted.
UK, France, Spain, IT and Germany users. We have 3M daily users on the TL Uk website. The MVP was aimed at reactivating customers that had not booked in the last 90 days.
