✨ My Learnings ✨: rolling out a product on a new channel is not just about redesigning components, but taking into consideration behaviours and constraints of the new channel.
THE OUT fist came out as a iOS only app, which limited drastically our potential user base. After a successful evolution of the product (introducing multiple cars, making KYC easier, adding rental optionals, see the full history here) it was time to make the product available to more users: enter Web Booking.
This new booking platform required a huge number of screens and sections to be designed. But since time was limited I decided to focus on testing our most critical flow, the booking flow.
